The Booking Process

Booking your dream holiday with OTA could not be easier. Outlined here is each step, specifying what you need to do and what we will do along the way to make your dream a reality.

You schedule a consultation using the link above

The link will take you to a quick survey. Please include as much information as you can about where you want to go, what you want to do, if you prefer budget or luxury accommodation, and whether you would like half board, full board, or no meals included. We will then arrange a time to call you to discuss your holiday plans further

OTA reviews your request for a quote and will put together an itinerary and a quote based on the information.

We ask for a US$250 deposit to continue the trip planning process. This service fee is non-refundable, but will be taken off the final cost of your tour. After we have spoken with you, we want to ensure we put together your ideal holiday. The itinerary will be emailed to you with booking terms and conditions, information about your destination, and a Client Information Form.​

You accept the proposal

Together we develop a detailed itinerary

​Once the itinerary is agreed, we will build the actual price according to the final tour specifications.

OTA issues an invoice and a 20% deposit is required at least 30 days before the tour commences

Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of your deposit and completed Client Information Form.​ You will also receive more specific destination and tour information such as airport pick up arrangements, maps, preparation and packing checklists, etc.

Tour commences

The final balance of the tour cost is due on Day One of your tour. We will also require your travel insurance details at this time. Fully comprehensive travel insurance is a requirement of participating on an OTA Tour.
